Stream Networks prides itself on the service and support we deliver to customers.

Our network has been designed and built from the ground up to support business critical applications. As well as our network infrastructure our dedicated team of support engineers are also highly trained to ensure that as a company we deliver the best possible service, to you our customers.

Our normal hours of support are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with out of hours support for core services and services with a 24x7x365 support contract covered by our on call engineers.
